ABOUT PICO PROJECTS
We work with multiple disciplines within the Built Environment, Real Estate, Strata & Interior Design. We use valuable industry relationships for each project. Pico Projects is the concierge of Project Management for Consult. Construct. Design. & Furnish.
We provide seamless integration between all stages of the construction, planning, and design process, including but not limited to the pre concept/construction all the way through to project completion.
We provide a framework for clients to be able to decide and navigate their projects. All the moving parts of a project can be exclusively selected and sort after in each unique project. The aim for Pico Projects is to provide the client with a working level of trust, competency and transparency to move forward with the project. We have fantastic relationships with property stylists, interiors suppliers, including professional trade account relationships with interior manufacturers, furniture suppliers, landscapers, painters, carpenters and certified builders. We also manage agents before and after a project has been developed.
WE OFFER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

A client pre concept PM service that looks at what the overall client objective is and the expectant time frame for delivery. Set out project expectations, costs and delivery.

A client retro or post PM service, which is when we can offer to deliver services after building/construction works are being finalised, or when a client wants a more customised level of service with interiors, construction or bespoke item services.

A client requires an overall bid construction evaluation (LOOKING TO BUY, RENOVATE OR PREPARE FOR SALE) which comprises of gathering all the client requirements (legal, planning, project approvals both government & strata) for path delivery.
All OF OUR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES PROVIDE PROJECT EFFICIENCY, INCLUDING DISPUTE AVOIDANCE AND CLAIMS MITIGATION SO THAT THE OVERALL PROJECT PERFORMANCE IS ACHIEVED.
OUR EXPERIENCE
We work with agents (pre sale and post renovations), strata agents for common area upgrades and compliance, and architectural projects for complete new home builds. These projects all include appropriating the correct approvals and resources to get projects completed.
We have also furnished and styled many owned and investment, renovated new homes, and work with great interior designers. We also supply many trade account benefits to clients from industry suppliers such as furniture, interiors, and accessories. We can offer affordable discounts for projects when clients need that extra appeal.

We also assist with clients that are downsizing and sellers that are moving. We use specialist consultants that are experts in organising downsizes into their new homes, and relocation companies that provide international assistance to the client. Pico Projects does all the renovating, compliance issues and makes the property or home prepared for the client to either lease, sell or occupy.
